Morbi-Mortality Linked to Unsafe Abortions—Difficulties in Accessing Safe Abortions in Cameroon: Meta-Analysis and Systematic Review

Background: Unsafe abortions are one of the leading causes maternal mortality, especially in developing countries. In Cameroon, mortality rate remains high, and scarcity data on leads to a lack solid evidence advocate extent related complications. Our objective was evaluate unsafe complications, assess difficulties accessing safe our setting. Methods: We carried out meta-analytic systematic review biomedical databases MEDLINE (Pubmed), Google Scholar African Journal Online concerning and/or Cameroon.
